  Ordered Vodka Martinis. They were done just the way they should be. Ordered veal. Only in NYC have I had veal so tender. I heard the chef beating the veal with a meat hammer in the back, and that is the only way veal is not tough. My veal intermingled with all of what the chef intended. I will be back, and back, and back. This place is awesome. Some might be turned off by the seemingly chain restaurant, it is not. Some might be turned off by the building, which may be an old International House of Pancakes architecture, but if they skip this place because of that, they're missing a great lunch or dinner ... period. I would have gladly paid more for the Martinis and the meal. And, what is rare, the staff actually care.

  This is more of a sit down place where as I thought I could walk in and just order a sandwich. The name sounds like the name of a sandwich shop not a restaurant bistro. They might benefit from call ahead pickup orders. My panini (a cuban) was well made and delicious with plenty of veggies.
