I live right next to it and everytime I say they're going to get it right ,this morning my coffee was Sour. This has happened over and over. They don't look at the dates for their expired creams and milk.

It is a 50/50 shot your order will come out correctly here. This morning I ordered a coffee and it was read back correctly. However, upon receiving my coffee, i find out after getting to work that I is hot chocolate. This is not the first time this has occurred.
